Return policy

• Product returns issued within 45 days of shipment are eligible for 100% credit
• Product returns issued between days 46-90 of shipment will be issued a 25% restocking fee
• Product returns requested after 90 days from shipment are not eligible for return
• All product returns eligible for credit must be in saleable condition
• All product returns eligible for credit must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA)
• Return Goods Authorization Numbers are issued by contacting the Boston Scientific Customer Service Department – 1-888-359-9691
